Jessi'ka enjoys arts and crafts, working with children, modeling, traveling, ballet, reading, gardening, and roller- skating. She is a teen mentor and has been a tutor, a member of the  Usher board, and step team coach.

She has  had the privilege to work with several organizations such as (Y.A.D.A.P.P) Youth Alcohol and Drug Prevention Project were she helps high school students create programs for their school. This helps to prevent teen alcohol and drug abuse. She is a member of the Order of Eastern Star P.H.A. ADELINE WARD #197 and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Delta Gems a program that mentors young girls in the lower income communities. She is also involved with the Sickle Cell Association, Inc., United Way, American Heart Association, and several Cancer foundations were she has raised funds for research and helped create programs to raise awareness.  She also has worked with campus programs raising political awareness were she was instumental in helping to get over five hundred college students to registere to vote.

Jessi'ka says it is a  privilege  to hold such a title that  allows her to continue to serve my community and be a mentor to our youth.
